Chris M. Curtin, CCIM, Founder and current President of the firm, entered the real estate profession during his senior year in college. Mr. Curtin's passion for entrepreneurial activity and marketing, and his core belief in developing a company with strong customer service and management focus, led him to start Curtin Property Company in 1977. The firm specialized in brokerage and property management and entered the development field in 1979. The firm has grown from a real estate services firm to a development and investment company with various related companies whose mission is to invest in quality real estate and manage commercial and multi-family real estate properties at a high level of success.
